Using RAG to Help Users Learn an MLOpsPlatform for Bioprocesses
This talk presents how artificialintelligence, and in particular language models combined withretrieval-augmented generation (RAG), can turn complex scientific software intoassistants that answer users’ questions.
As a case study, the speakerpresents STAMM, an MLOps platform for deploying bioprocessdigital twin models, where a RAG assistant draws on the platform’s owndocumentation and source code to guide users through installation,configuration and everyday use. The speaker will show how this combinationmoves AI from the computer to the bench, and what it could change in the dailywork of biotechnologists.
