Come and discover GeT-Biopuces developpments in sequencing technologies!

The platform is constantly innovating to address research challenges and offer solutions for your needs.

During this presentation, we will outline two major advances:

1- With nearly 60% of our projects dedicated to amplicon sequencing (or metagenomics), we are introducing new services:
– High-throughput multiplexing in short-fragment sequencing, with the capacity to analyse up to 2,000 samples per run, enabling very large-scale studies;
– Long-read amplicon sequencing, to take the identification of microorganisms a step further and reach the species level.

2- For transcriptomics studies, thanks to our expertise in the sequencing of microbial RNA and in collaboration with a team from TBI, we are setting up the sequencing of long RNA fragments in E. coli.
This development allows to overcome several bottlenecks, thereby opening up new challenges for the exploration of the bacterial transcriptome.
