Journée d’immersion
Actuellement en 1ère année du cycle d’ingénieur à l’INSA de Toulouse, je suis à la recherche d’une demi-journée d’immersion. Intéressée par la filière GP3E (Génie des procédés, Eau, Energie, Environnement), j’aimerais rencontrer les personnes de cette filière et découvrir ce qu’il est possible de faire. Je souhaiterais donc faire cette journée d’immersion dans ce département.

My name is Shayan Ahmad. After completing my M.Phil in Microbiology from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, I am preparing a PhD project titled Development of Engineered Enzymes for the Degradation of PET Plastics.
The project focuses on engineering IsPETase and IsMHETase variants to enhance PET breakdown through improved catalytic activity, thermal stability, and substrate affinity. Using directed evolution, high-throughput screening, structural analysis, and multi-enzyme cascade optimization, the goal is full PET depolymerization and contributing to a circular PET economy. – lien
