To cut down on carbon footprint, two TBI colleagues went to a conference in Sicily by train and bus. This reduced the travel CO₂ emissions by four to eight times when compared to traveling by plane.
They were able to lower the price significantly in comparison to flying. With just two stops and a night train from Rome to Palermo, the journey was especially comfortable.
